Refund & Return Policy

15-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Closeout and sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Special orders and custom products
  • Installed or used parts
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures the fastest turnaround.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the credit.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without justification.
