Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays, Mondays, or outside business hours will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: Some items listed on our site are not stocked at our Redmond location and are sourced directly from Ducati in Italy. For these items, delivery to our warehouse typically takes 2–4 weeks, after which standard processing time applies. If your order includes a non-stocked item, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimated timeline. We encourage you to reach out before ordering if you have questions about availability or lead times.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.
Parts Availability
Parts availability through Ducati changes frequently. We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but we strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order to confirm availability.
